Amsterdam Legal English offers tailor-made courses for law firms, in-house lawyers and sole practitioners.
How are courses tailor-made?
- Each course is tailored as far as possible to a client’s/clients’ specific area(s) of legal practice and language needs
- Those needs are evaluated before a course begins
- A variety of legal materials are used including, where possible, a client’s/clients’ own legal documentation, letters and emails.
- Private lessons or small groups ensure plenty of opportunity for individual feedback on legal vocabulary, drafting and pronunciation.
What do our courses cover?

- writing emails and letters of advice
- drafting legal documentation and increasing English legal vocabulary
